Emily
Pro Bridal Make-up Artist
I first discovered my love for make-up back in 2009 when I started out as a Body Shop Consultant. It was during this time that I realised I had a natural flair for it – I loved how make-up could bring out someone’s confidence and personality. Since then, I’ve gone on to train professionally, achieving a distinction in Level 2 Skincare and Make-up, and now work solely in the make-up industry, specialising in bridal beauty.
I’m particularly known for helping brides who may never have had their make-up done before feel completely at ease. My approach is soft and natural – no heavy layers here – just a light, flawless finish that enhances your features and helps you feel like the very best version of yourself. That much-loved “natural look” is my specialty.
I use a wide range of products including Arbonne, Urban Decay, Morphe, Charlotte Tilbury, Lumene, IT Cosmetics and Too Faced – carefully chosen for quality, performance, and skin-friendliness.
While I focus mainly on natural, radiant bridal styles, I also love creating more glamorous or vintage-inspired looks if that’s more your vibe.
Organisation is a big part of what I bring to the table – I’m calm, reliable, and genuinely love being that grounding presence on a busy wedding morning. I also run South West Bridal Hair and Make-up, so when you book with us, it’s me you’ll be dealing with directly from the start.
When I’m not working with brides, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen baking something sweet – cakes, biscuits, bread... you name it! I also love winding down with a good book. Most importantly, I’m a proud mum of two – and they’re absolutely my biggest inspiration and my “why.”
