Speaking from my own experience, Nicola and Emily were absolutely fantastic. They made the bridal party feel so relaxed and were warm and friendly, making us laugh the whole time.

It is clear that both ladies are passionate about what they do, and the results were amazing. My mum was not very confident in the lead up to the wedding and it brought her (and me!) to tears once Emily and Nicola had finished with her hair and make up.

Not only did it look stunning at the beginning of the day, but both hair and make up (despite crazy wind and rain!) stayed perfectly in place until 1am - amazing!

Emily is truly amazing. I don’t wear make up (rarely ever) and was looking for someone who did natural style. I had my trial with Emily in my house just a few weeks after having my baby and she was super helpful and totally relaxed. We talked about what my general feeling towards make up was and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day and Emily nailed it in one. I felt amazing. The day of my wedding Emily was nice and early so she could set up while everyone was finishing breakfast, she was really chill and a pleasure to have in the room. Lots of laughs were shared and there was never any moment of pressure or time getting on. Emily is super organised, professional and is always prompt in getting back to my emails. She did a fab job on every ones make up and my girls and I all had make up going strong midnight and gone! Couldn’t recommend highly  enough.

I hired South West Bridal Hair & Make Up for my wedding over this summer and was so wow'ed by their work. Emily, Jadie, and Jennifer worked with my bridal party with Emily doing my makeup and Jadie doing my hair. I told Emily that I wanted to feel like a more beautiful version of myself for my wedding, and that is exactly what she delivered. And I've never received more compliments on my hair than when Jadie was done with it (it was my wedding, but still - you can tell when there's that much enthusiasm!). My bridal party looked fantastic too. It was such a great feeling to see everyone look enhanced, but so natural at the same time and it takes real skill to get that right.

The women were absolute pro's, sticking to timelines and allowing us space to enjoy the morning while getting ready at the same time. I'm so grateful to have gotten to work with this team and would recommend them to anyone looking for bridal styling services.
