September marks the end of the official wedding season. It's always a busy one and often a sunny one, sadly we had a few rainy weddings, but this didn't dampen any spirits at all.
I'm thrilled to share some of our work from this month. This month we have visited such venues as Elmore Court, Marriot Royal, Berwick Lodge, Yarlington Barn, The Square Club, Clevedon Hall, Tortworth Court, Stonehouse Court and Arnos Manor Hotel, to name a few.
These posts are a great place for hair and makeup inspiration too...
Marriott Bristol Royal Hotel wedding at Goldney Hall.
Half up half down styles were the order of the day for Lauren's wedding at Goldney Hall. A lovely central Bristol wedding venue. The soft twists and wave like curls are effortlessly produced by Leanne.
We love a Cotwold wedding, especially at the stunning Elmore Court. This detailed hair vine works perfecrtly with Lauren's detailed updo created by Laura. The bridesmaids wore delicate hair pins to add detail to their updo',s, meaning that even though their styles differ, the pins bring them back together. They're so versatile and can be added to most styles.
Sally Herbert - Charlotte C
Sally's look is a complete vibe. Glamourous and sexy! Golden smokes on the eyes and epic waves highlighing the gorgeous colours in her hair. Charlotte produced her vision impeccably. We also LOVE her bouquet.
Annie married on a very hot Saturday, but she was anything but hot and flustered. She was the epitome of cool, calm and collected. Annie wanted a very natural make-up look, which is very much Emily's make-up style and simple curls in her hair, expertly crafted by Leanne.

Shawnee had a real vision for her day. She chose The Square Club, a central Bristol wedding venue, which is perfect if you have a slightly quirky style planned. She rocked a blue wedding dress, fab lashes and a bright red lip. I think her smile says it all!
Bath
Soft and romantic was order of the day for Bath bride Rebecca. Shimmery tones on the eyes, paired with a nude glossy lip give such a fresh and glowy feel to her skin. Casey has created this soft, almost loose boho updo which works so well alongside her make-up.
A truly emotional day for Corinne. The sweetest but maybe most indecisive bride who changed her mind about her hair and make-up on the day. This doesn't phase us at all. We are ready and raring to tweak until you're 100% happy. After trialing hair down and half up half down, she opted for this sleak updo, that actually worked incredibly well with her outfit. With her tears flowing most of the morning, she decided she wanted to pair back her base make-up. So we kept this really light and focused on the 'glow' instead.
Laura worked wonders with bridesmaid Kirsten's braids, creating this stunning updo. Kirsten was thrilled.
Charlotte's look was a natural one for make-up, but adding a little glamour with her hollywood waves. Hollywood waves are definitely one of the most requested styles this wedding season.
Amy - make-up by Jen
Cotswold bride Amy wanted a soft natural look that brought out the blue in her eyes. Jen used pinky tones to achieve this.
Catie - Makeup by Louise W
Bristol Registry office
Bristol bride Catie, was thrilled with her make-up by Louise W. As a rosacea sufferer, covering the redness on her cheeks without heavy make-up was important. Louise has nailed it.
Jenny - Make-up by Ruth
Bowood bride Jenny opted for a soft brown emokey eye and a glossy lip. We are loving seeing these romatic make-up looks, that don't over power. Ruth has such a stunning style and ideal if this is what you're after.
Katherine - hair and make-up by Kate
Bath
The pinky peachy tones on Bath bride Katherine's eyes really bring out the touches of green in her pupils. Her base is very light and yet flawless. The twisted half up half down is really lovely too. I also really love the range of hair colours with on her bridesmaids, making the half up half down style look very different on each of them.
Naomi - hair by Charlotte C
Radisson Blu Hotel, Bristol
It was a busy day for Charlotte with 2 weddings in the diary. This stunning dired flower comb finishes off Naomi's half up half down style so well.
Ruby - make-up by Charlotte C and hair by Laura
What a babe Ruby is! This delicious plum lip is absolutely made for her!
Catriona - Hair and make-up by Kate
Chew Magna
A spray of autumnal flowers have finished off this half up half down so well. Kate also did Catriona's make-up but sadly not any images to share of this.
Hannah - Guest hair by Ruth
This twisted updo was a really welcome change from the curly updo we see more often. Ruth really was in her element creating it.
Thank you for reading
